Usually not. If it works, we'd rather build around it or connect to it. We only suggest replacing something when that system is itself the problem.
Can we start small?
Yes, and that's what we recommend. Fix the single most painful operational problem first, then expand once it's proven itself.
What does it cost?
Every system is different, so we give a custom quote once we understand the scope. We don't publish invented numbers for work we haven't understood yet.
Who looks after the system after launch?
We stay involved after launch to fix what real usage exposes. Longer-term arrangements are something we discuss openly, not something buried in a contract.
